SAP Sapphire Orlando + ASUG Annual Conference

May 11–13, 2026 | Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), Orlando, Florida, USA

This is SAP’s flagship event. ASUG Pre-Conference Seminars run on May 11, featuring 10 expert-led sessions. The main conference features keynotes from SAP CEO Christian Klein, COO Sebastian Steinhaeuser, CTO Philipp Herzig, and Executive Board Member Muhammad Alam.

A companion virtual event runs May 12–13, featuring live keynotes and streaming from the Orlando show floor.

SAP Sapphire Madrid (European Flagship)

May 19–21, 2026 | IFEMA Madrid, Av. del Partenón, 5, Barajas, Madrid, Spain

The conference takes place at IFEMA Madrid’s North Entrance. Registration opens Monday, May 18. SAP is providing free metro cards to attendees for city-wide public transport during the event days. It features the same keynote lineup as the Orlando event.

SAP NOW Series (Global Roadshow)

June 3 – July 29, 2026 | Multiple cities globally

This regional event series is designed for business leaders and decision-makers in IT, HR, operations, finance, and customer relations, covering SAP’s latest Business AI innovations through executive keynotes and expert interactions. Events are confirmed on June 3, 9, 12, 16, July 14, and July 29.
