CEO’s Note – April Edition

Hello Team,

As we wrap up April and step into a new month, I find myself reflecting on the season we’re in—one that, for many, has been marked by Good Friday and Easter. These moments mean different things to each of us. Some see them as sacred days of reflection and faith, others as a time for family, springtime traditions, and wondering (yet again) how chocolate bunnies made it into the story.

But no matter how you celebrate, there’s a message in this season that speaks across beliefs—hope, renewal, and the quiet power of fresh starts. It reminds us that even after long winters—literal or metaphorical—there’s always a new beginning waiting.

Good Friday calls us to pause, to reflect, and to consider what really matters—values like compassion, humility, and perseverance. Easter then arrives with joy, energy, and the feeling that better days are ahead. And maybe, just maybe, that energy shows up in the little things too—cleaning out a cluttered inbox, reconnecting with someone, or finally getting around to that walk in the sun you’ve been putting off.

So as we look ahead to May, I hope you’ve found some time to rest, recharge, and reconnect—with your goals, your loved ones, and yourself. Let’s carry that sense of renewal into the month ahead—stronger, more grounded, and ready for what’s next.

Wishing you all a great start to the month and some well-earned momentum.

P.S. If you’ve got any leftover Easter candy you’re trying to get rid of, my office is a safe drop-off zone.
