AI – Productivity’s Best Friend?

Generative AI has created a space for itself in many different fields. While its use in creative and artistic spaces are hotly debated, AI has the potential to boost innovation and productivity. Generative AI has the potential to reshape the way individuals and businesses operate in today’s world. 

Take a look at the day to day task of writing emails -generative AI’s ability to speed up content creation and come up with suggestions that are  more than 90% relevant is absolutely stunning.

Generative AI is also creativity and innovation to a different level; doing things like preliminary research, helping brainstorm ideas, and even providing basic design frameworks. By generating the basics, AI can allow for experimentation. The content that is generated can easily be built upon by the designers, stimulating ideas that may not have been triggered otherwise. 

AI helps me on a personal level and is becoming more infused with my day to day lifestyle. I have used it to help draft emails or personal essays, while cooking (it helps me find better techniques or turn recipes vegetarian!),  in my artwork where I have used the Generative AI feature in Photoshop. Using my traditional landscape paintings, I have been able to change the mood and meaning of these paintings quickly and easily.

Generative AI I feel has the ability to change the way I and other people will work. Its applications are diverse, from helping boost productivity in the workplace to helping artists create. I am excited to see how this tool evolves and the changes it will bring.
