Starting the new year with renewed enthusiasm! Enthusiasm can be infectious, hope we all pass it on to each other 🙂

Before we proceed, I have a quick curious question from you – did you make a new year’s resolution this year? If yes please share, I would love to hear. For me, I have passed on making a new resolution this year. If at all, I would say it is more about sustaining the practices I set in place last year. 2023 was about maintaining balance in my life. Balance and sustenance of good practices is important. Or it is very easy to lose what you have already achieved. What may take you years to achieve could be lost in days. You must not waste what has already been achieved, sustain what you have and then build further on it.

The team and the company collectively have achieved much over the past year, sustain your efforts, don’t let the enthusiasm, energy and drive wane. It is not important how fast you grow, but that you continue to grow. You are standing on a strong foundation of values, skills and customers, all you have to do from here is progress to the next step. Your goals and definition of success will keep changing, progress should be the only constant.
