WaWa Go Live
Wawa started the engagement with Groupsoft as the preferred SAP implementation partner to replace SAP POSDM with CAR and POSDTA which will mitigate end-of-life risks, provide a foundation for SAP modernization and position us for new inventory management capabilities.
The SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) is a foundational element for leveraging POS data for more efficient and effective merchandising that improves the customer experience while driving sales and margin.
Over 12+ months, Groupsoft teams across on-site and offshore collaborated with Wawa Business and IT teams to ensure a successful and smooth GO-LIVE of CAR solution in Feb’2022.
