A Reflection of the Past and a Peek into the Future

As the year comes to a close, we’re all filled with excitement. Excitement, for a brandnew chapter, a clean slate and a chance to make a fresh start that’s filled with optimism & hope that the the next 12 months would be better than ever. The new year fills us up with excitement of chasing those beautiful dreams , a new set of goals and some new milestones to achieve.

Reflecting upon 2021 which was a very challenging year for everyone at Groupsoft on a personal front but at the same time a remarkable one on a professional front. We achieved SOC-II and ISO 27001 certifications and delivered several big projects including DMX, CAR, E2EF and off course on compliance cart and continue to do phenomenal work through others. Lots of momentum in SAP and BI Analytics space utilizing cutting edge technologies like CPI, Snowflake and more! Like as was quoted in one of the blockbuster Bollywood movies: “Don’t run behind success. Run behind excellence. Eventually, success will come running behind you”, Our team continues to follow it through and it is amazing to see how we excelled and the progress we all have made. As a team we made it happen and will continue to make it happen.

The generous time off this month given to us by Groupsoft reminds us all that we are working for a company which cares and I am personally going to use this time off to tend the garden and contemplate my personal life. I would encourage all of us to use a blank piece of paper to reflect on your own personal “gardens” and take 2022 to the next level:

• Flowers – What did you love this year?
• Weeds – What would you leave out in the new year?
• Fertilizer – What could you add or improve to help you succeed in 2022?

Every experience, every moment we face is a lesson, and a lesson will keep presenting itself to you until you commit and finally take action towards your goal. So, let’s all look forward to the new year. Enjoy, keep the faith, stay safe, stay healthy and let’s Grow Together.
