Inclusion Is Everyday at GroupSoft: Not Just in June

As June wraps up, it’s worth taking a moment to reflect – not just on what we celebrated this month, but what we live by every day at GroupSoft.

This Pride Month and Juneteenth, we didn’t organize campaigns or treat anyone differently. And that’s the point. At GroupSoft, inclusion isn’t a box we check during a specific month. It’s built into how we work, how we hire, how we collaborate, and how we grow — all year round.

We don’t discriminate – not by background, identity, orientation, or anything else that makes a person unique.
We also don’t spotlight people for being different. We value individuals for their skills, their drive, and their humanity. Everyone here is simply part of the team.

Throughout June, we honored the significance of Pride Month – not as a special occasion to treat LGBTQ+ colleagues differently, but to acknowledge the importance of creating a workplace where everyone feels safe to be themselves. Always.

We also marked Juneteenth, a day that reminds us of the ongoing journey toward equity. It’s a part of history we acknowledge and a value we embed in our culture – fairness, opportunity, and dignity for all.

As the month ends, we want to say this clearly:
“These values don’t begin in June, and they don’t end with it.
They’re part of who we are – as people, as a company, and as a community.”
