CEO’s Note – May Edition

Hello Team,

May has always felt like a month of quiet meaning. It doesn’t arrive with the fanfare of January or the energy of year-end, but it brings something else—steadiness, warmth, and the soft hum of life moving forward.

Across the world, this is a month where we find ourselves reflecting on the people who shape us—whether that’s mothers, families, or the teams we lean on every day. And as we live and work in a world where boundaries are increasingly blurred, where homes double as offices and screens connect generations, it’s worth taking a moment to appreciate how far we’ve come in balancing it all.

Technology has made many of these connections possible. It lets us stay close to family across miles, collaborate across time zones, and even find new ways to care for ourselves and each other. But it’s not the tools—it’s the intention behind them. The thoughtfulness. The effort. The moments we choose to prioritize what really matters.

At Groupsoft, I see those moments every day. A teammate offering support without being asked. A quick message to say “you’ve got this.” Or an HR initiative that reminds us our well-being matters just as much as our work. These are the moments that shape a culture—and turn it into a community.

So as we move through this month, I hope you’re finding time for what nourishes you—conversations, quiet moments, maybe even a football match or two. (And yes, a little screen-free time never hurts.)

As we look toward June, a mid-year marker, it’s a good time to take stock. What’s been working for you so far this year? What needs a reset? Renewal isn’t just for January—or for spring. Sometimes it happens quietly, on an ordinary Thursday, when you choose to do something with more care than usual.

Let me leave you with a question to think about—and if you feel like sharing, drop your answer in the comments below:

Looking back at May, what’s one thing you’d do again?

Warm regards,

Arjun Dev Singh
