Dear Groupsoft Team,

As we gather today to recognize International Family Day, I want to take a moment to reflect on the importance of family in our lives. Family, in all its diverse forms, is the foundation upon which we build our lives, our dreams, and our futures. It is within our families that we find support, love, and encouragement, which fuel our passions and drive us to succeed.

At Groupsoft, we believe that family extends beyond the walls of our homes. Our workplace is a community where we foster a culture of care, respect, and support. Just as we rely on our families at home, we rely on each other to create a positive and nurturing environment here at work. 

This year, the theme of International Family Day focuses on “Families and New Technologies,” highlighting the ways in which technological advancements are reshaping our lives and the dynamics within our families. As a company, we are committed to leveraging technology to enhance our work-life balance, improve communication, and ensure that we stay connected with our loved ones, no matter where we are.

I encourage each of you to take some time today to appreciate your family and reflect on the role they play in your life. Whether it’s through a phone call, a video chat, or spending quality time together, let’s celebrate the bonds that hold us together and make us stronger.

 In line with our commitment to work-life balance, HR has been offering a series of workshops and resources focused on family well-being, mental health, and the integration of technology into our daily lives. We believe these initiatives will help us all manage our responsibilities better and foster a supportive community both at home and at work.
