Groupsoft SAP Updates

Groupsoft SAP team activated SAP Best practice version 2023 on AWS server and successfully developed Finance & SCM interfaces between EPIC system and S/4 HANA using standard APIs via Qvera middleware system. We have provided multiple inbound & outbound solutions to the EPIC health care system. We have also activated standard Fiori apps for standard functionalities.

In Finance, we have covered Journal & Refund postings along with cheque printing & month end activities.    

In SCM, we have covered Product master with health care custom field info using in-app extensibility concepts in S/4 HANA , reservations and consumption of materials(operation essential list) used in the operation theater of the healthcare industry.

Activated BTP trial version and enabled the integration suite and Build app services to demonstrate the POC on couple of applications such as,

1. SAP Build app on BTP – Business partners info from our S/4 Sandbox using cloud connector and also showing BP location on the geo map

2. SAP Integration Suite on BTP – Read email content(Purchase Order template json file) and get requested purchase Order information from our S/4 Sandbox system using cloud connector and also using ChatGPT API to generate nice email body and send purchase order status email to our account
